Five-axis machining center for immediate sale

We are offering for sale a five-axis vertical machining center, model MCV 1000 SPEED – 5AX, manufactured in 2015, equipped with a Heidenhain iTNC 530 control system. The machine is designed for precise and dynamic machining of complex-shaped parts—from single-piece production and mold manufacturing to small and medium-sized production runs. The SPEED model is designed for high productivity, short non-cutting times, and stable performance even during demanding chip-removal machining.

The combination of a swivel-tilt table, a rigid spindle with high torque, and a large work area makes it possible to machine a part from five sides in a single setup—which reduces overall production time and eliminates deviations caused by repositioning the workpiece.
