Used CNC machines — FAQ

We sell inspected used CNC machines from renowned European, Japanese and American manufacturers. Below you’ll find answers to our customers’ most common questions — from technical inspection of the machines through transport to financing.

Buying and quality of used CNC machines

Are all the used CNC machines on offer inspected and functional?
Yes, we sell only inspected used CNC machines and we insist on 100% transparency. Every machine undergoes an expert technical inspection — we verify the spindle function, the accuracy of the linear axes, the state of the control system and the basic mechanics. Before dispatch we are happy to arrange a personal viewing right in the workshop. On selected machines we provide a functionality guarantee and issue a report on the current condition.
Which CNC machine brands do you most often sell?
We specialise in renowned manufacturers: machining centres by DMG Mori (Deckel Maho), Mazak, Mori Seiki, Haas and Doosan, lathes by Gildemeister and Okuma, grinders by Studer and Jung, laser cutters by Trumpf, Bystronic and Amada, presses by Schuler and boring machines by TOS. We choose brands for which spare parts and qualified service are available in the Czech Republic.
Can I view the machine in operation before buying?
We strongly recommend it. For most machines we arrange a personal viewing right at the current owner’s premises — you’ll see the machine connected and machining a test part. If you can’t come, we record a detailed video including accuracy measurements and spindle running. The viewing and the video are free and without obligation.
How does buying a used CNC machine work, step by step?
First we have a no-obligation call to clarify your requirements — material, workpiece dimensions and the control system. We pick a suitable machine from our offer or source it from our European partners. We arrange a viewing and prepare a price quote including transport and installation. After ordering, we handle transport, installation and operator training — most purchases take 4–8 weeks.

Logistics, delivery and service

Do you arrange transport and installation of CNC machines?
Yes, complete turnkey logistics and installation. We take care of oversized international transport across the EU and beyond, including permits, crane handling and the relocation of machines over 20 tonnes. Our technicians position, level and connect the machine on site, so you can start producing within a few days.
What is the usual delivery time for a used CNC machine?
For machines in stock in the Czech Republic, 2–4 weeks from signing the purchase contract. For machines abroad (usually Germany, Italy or Switzerland) expect 4–8 weeks for dismantling, transport and customs clearance. We always confirm the date in advance and keep you informed.
Do you deliver used CNC machines outside the European Union too?
Yes. We regularly export to the UK, Switzerland, Norway, the Balkans and overseas. We take care of all customs documentation, EORI registration, the certificate of origin and the CE declaration of conformity, including export licences for dual-use technologies.
What documentation do I receive with the machine?
With every machine sold we hand over complete technical documentation: the machine plate, the CE declaration of conformity, the operating and maintenance manual, electrical wiring diagrams and access passwords to the control system. For machines with a verifiable service history we also provide the service book and previous inspection reports.
Do you offer operator training?
Yes, with every machine delivered we offer operator training as standard, right at your plant — usually 1–2 days depending on the control system. We cover the basics of programming, maintenance, common errors and safety. For advanced topics such as CAM programming we arrange training with the control-system manufacturer.

Trade-in and financing

Do you buy older CNC machines as trade-ins?
Yes, we buy functional machines in operation, decommissioned technology and entire machining plants. When you modernise, we can deduct the value of the old machine from the price of a new purchase. For a quick valuation, send photos, the machine plate and basic information — within two working days you’ll receive a non-binding offer.
Can financing be tailored to me?
Of course. We work long-term with leasing companies and banks specialising in industrial technology — typical down payment 10–30%, term 36–72 months. We offer finance and operating leasing, investment loans and sale-and-lease-back. We prepare the approval paperwork for you, usually with a decision within five working days. machine financing.
