Step by step
1. Register and sign in
Register on the website and sign in. Without signing in you can browse auctions, but you cannot bid.
2. Accept the auction rules
At registration you accept the auction rules. Auctions are held under § 1771 of the Czech Civil Code; this is not a public auction (dražba).
3. Bidding
On each auction you either place a specific bid manually, or set an automatic maximum and the system bids for you.
4. Close and extension
If someone bids in the final moments, the end is extended automatically (anti-sniping) so everyone has a chance to respond.
5. Winning and payment
The winner receives an email with the final price. Payment and handover of the machine take place off the website – we arrange it directly.
Two ways to bid
Manual bid
You enter the amount you want to bid yourself. Full control over every step.
- Ideal if you want to follow the action.
- You bid exactly as much as you want.
Automatic maximum (proxy)
You enter the highest amount you are willing to pay. The system then bids for you only the necessary minimum up to that maximum – no one sees your maximum.
- No need to watch the auction.
- You pay only as much as needed to stay in the lead.
