The HAAS ST-40L is a large two-axis CNC lathe from the ST series designed for precise turning of long and larger workpieces. Thanks to its long bed, robust construction and tapered spindle bearing, it handles series production as well as demanding single parts. This particular machine is additionally equipped with live tooling, which significantly extends its capabilities – it enables milling, off-axis drilling and complete machining of a part in a single clamping.
